Mask Machine

automatic high speed mask machine is a fully automatic mask production equipment. After the whole roll of fabrics are unrolled, they are driven by the rollers, and the fabrics enter the knurled shaft through the guide wheel; the nose bridge is pulled and unrolled ,cutted to a fixed length and then imported into the cloth. The two sides are shaped by ultrasonic welding, and the cloth is conveyed to the two mask ear strap welding stations through the drive shaft, and then to the next station for automatic folding, mask forming ultrasonic welding , side sealing, cutter cuting. After the mask is made, the mask and waste are separated by a waste separator. One-button fully automated production operations reduce the human body contact during the production process of masks, thereby meeting industry testing standards.
